This Policy explains how X3 Fleet Safety LLC ("X3") handles information in connection with X3 CSA.
1. Information we collect
We collect: (a) information you provide — name, company, email, phone, USDOT/MC numbers, and any documents you upload; (b) carrier/CSA data we retrieve from FMCSA and licensed providers based on the DOT numbers you query; and (c) basic usage and device data to operate and secure the site.
2. How we use it
To deliver CSA reports and monitoring, communicate with you, process payments, improve the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Carrier data
CSA/BASIC and carrier records originate from FMCSA and licensed data providers and concern motor carriers and their public safety performance. FMCSA does not publicly report the Crash Indicator or HazMat BASIC percentiles, and we do not display them.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, payment processing, data providers), and when required by law. These providers are bound to protect your information.
5. Security & retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Contact us to make a request.
